How can I make a reservation using a gift card?

Room reservations

You can make reservations on our website www.runohotel.com or by sending
an email to info@runohotel.com. When making a reservation, please mention
gift card number and please also be prepared to show the gift card upon arrival.
The value of gift card must be used at once and it is only available for reservations made on RUNO’s own website. The gift card is not available for the “Advance Purchase Rate with Breakfast”.

1. Book a room on our website www.runohotel.com via “Book” button.
2. Select dates.
3. Select room category with the “Best Flexible Rate with Breakfast”.
4. Fill in your personal information and mention the “Gift card number” and your other wishes
regarding your reservation under “Special Requests”.
5. All bookings need to be guaranteed withcredit card and your gift card will be used as a payment method upon check out. Credit card will not be charged if booking is made with “Best Flexible Rate with Breakfast”.
6. Pack your bags and get ready to relax. We take care of the rest!
7. Please also be prepared to show the gift card upon arrival.
